Financial Options

No Insurance? No Problem.

At Churchton Dental Care, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help our patients—regardless of income—afford the treatment they need, when they need it. We accept most major PPO insurances and our Financial Coordinator will work with you to hep you maximize your benefits.

Making treatment costs manageable is one of our top priorities so as a benefit to our patients we offer a variety of financial options.

• We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards (as long as dental is an approved service under your policy)

• 5% savings is applied to all payment made in full by the start of treatment.

• Automatic monthly payments are available with a pre-determined deposit.

• CareCredit is available as a third party financing company.

Dental Savings Plan

Cost: $349 Annually ($299 for each additional family member)

Members receive preventive care - annual exams, cleanings, and x-rays, as part of the plan. In addition, members receive unlimited savings of 15%off each procedure on everything from cosmetic procedures and implants to fillings and oral surgery!

This plan offers a significant value over traditional insurance because there are NO annual maximums, NO deductibles, NO health questions, NO pre-existing condition limitations, NO waiting periods and no one without insurance will be denied coverage!
